HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ?
You can request a return of the product(s) within 5 days from the date of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase.
Returns will only be accepted if the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way.
In addition, the product returned should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the labels/tags. Return will not be accepted if the product tags/printing label are removed or missing.
Customer has to self-ship the product(s) through a reliable courier to our warehouse location, only when the return request gets approved by our return centre via email.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST ?

- Submit the required details in the empty fields
- Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return
- A confirmation email would be shared once the return request is approved
EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE ?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference amount.
REFUNDS FOR DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS
In case of orders placed from sale items or with discount is returned then that order is only eligible for exchange, refund will not be applicable.
REFUNDS FOR NEW ARRIVALS ITEMS
You, as a Buyer who has already made a prepaid payment of the order on our platform, shall be entitled to claim a full refund of the transaction price in case you do not receive the delivery of the order.
Please note that sometimes response may take longer than usual. We'll try to get back to you within 24-72 working hours. We will always respond as soon as possible.
Items Bought From SALE Collection/Discounted Price Will Not Be Refunded.
Important Points
- Products that have been used, worn, or washed by the customer are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Once a product has been used, it is no longer in its original condition and cannot be restocked or assessed for any quality concern.

If a customer does not prefer the fabric or finds the fitting personally unsuitable, this is not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a return or refund. Fit and comfort are personal in nature and may vary depending on individual body type, posture and preference. Product descriptions, size guides and fabric details are mentioned on every product page for the customer's reference before purchase. As a goodwill gesture only, We may offer an exchange for a different size or article at its sole discretion.

In the unlikely event that a product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel as mandatory evidence. Without an unboxing video, no damage claim will be entertained. We will not be held responsible for damage claims raised without video evidence, as it is not possible to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery without this proof. We strongly recommend all customers record an unboxing video at the time of receiving every order as a standard practice.
